computer shut down

My computer shuts down 3 times recently, and I wonder if it is not enough
power supply for the installed hardware:

Antec case with 300W power supply
Intel 2.8C 800FSB
Abit AI7 MB
EVGA 5900SE graphic card (8x AGP slot)
4x256 Corsair XMS 3200
1 Sony DVD rom
1 Lite-on 4x DVD writer
1 Panasonic Floppy drive
1 Seagate SATA 160GB HD
1 WD ATA 80GB HD
1 Leatek TV-FM turner (PCI slot)
1 Fax Modem (PCI slot)
