computer runs very slow when on the internet

I hope you can help me. I've had my Dell computer for 1
1/2 years and am on the internet a lot. Over the past
couple of months the computer has slowed down
tremendously when downloading the internet. What can I
do. Thank you for the help. John

If the speed is getting worse the more you view websites,
you can delete the "temporary internet files"

To do this, open Internet Explorer, click "Tools" at the
top, and then click "Internet Options"

Under the "General" tab, you can delete temporary
internet files if they seem to be slowing down your
computer.

Are you using Kaza, if so you need to disable sharing in
Kaza. Go to Kaza Options and disable sharing. Also you
might want to try Mozilla browser it's better than Internet
Explorer. You can download it from Mozilla.org
