Computer restarts

Computer restarts after shutdown, all windows critical
updates have been installed, norton virus scan has been
run ,found clean but still once computer is turned off
within 5 seconds it restarts, but only does this when
connected to the internet by ADSL.

HELP

Go into the bios and turn off wake on lan or wake on ring.
