Don't breakdown just get Jefftech! I once had this problem
with a Windows 98se operating system. And I fixed it by
tweaking the registry. Just please give my some time look
through the WinXP registry to be sure I know what I'm
doing. I'll try to get back to you!

registry that might help. I will try to look further into
