computer restarts on its own......

Someone help. My computer will restart on its own when im
on it. It will restart when i listen to music, play
games, watch videos, or even when im on the net. I have
no idea what to do or hoe to fix this. So i f anyone
could help that would be great.....

in the start--settings--control panel--system---advanced--
-system and recovery files, there is a check-box setting
that automatically restarts the computer when it finds a
problem, or not. Put it to the "not" setting.
