- How far does it get in the boot process?
- What messages (if any) do you see?

I have the same problem!!! I have changed the VGA Card,
RAM, the power, LAN, and more but nothing resolve the
problem!

If you chose the option to archive the uninstall files, you can follow the
steps in Knowledge Base article 825062 Service Pack 4 Permits You to Remove
the Service Pack by Using the http://support.microsoft.com/?id=825062 and
uninstall Service Pack 4. Hopefully this will allow you to boot to Windows
again. When you reinstall the Service Pack, make sure you disable any
real-time anti-virus software you may have running.
