That depends on what's wrong with it.
If you boot from the installation CD, you'll be given an option to do
a "repair install". That can fix many problems with corrupted registry
entries, deleted or corrupted system files, that sort of thing.
But there are lots of other things that go wrong with a computer
besides OS problems. If you ask a more specific question, we might be
able to give a more useful answer.

You start with the symptoms/errors that you observe to determine whether
the problem is caused by failed hardware, or corrupted software. And
then refine the choices to reach a satisfactory repair path.
