computer reboots with mouse movement

I bought a new computer (cisnet) after a recent lsass crash and it's been
doing something weird. I would shut down the computer, but after it shuts
down I can move the mouse and it will boot up again. I don't press the power
button to boot up as i would on every other computer i've used. I've gone
into the power options of windows and changed some things there, but it
didn't help. Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Keri

Hi, I had my box built about six months ago and it does the same. I don't
think it's anything to worry about, I suppose it's meant to be helpful.

I say warretnty it while you can.

Although, check if it's going in to hibernation mode instead of
shutting town.

I just worked on a machine with a "make on mouse novement" bios option.
That could be it.

someone else helped me with the problem. Yes it is a BIOS feature. Went
into CMOS and changed the power configuration. My main problem was my cat
was rebooting my computer.
thanks for the help
