Hi there, much like everyone else around here im having some probs with random reboots from my computer

I have zero computer knowledge but thanks to here I now know how to see what the error is, problem is I dot know how to track it down or take any further action

all I have to go on is this

0x0A (0x04, 0x02, 0x00, 0x805135D8

How do I find out what piece of hardware/driver that is referring too? This is the only information on the blue screen

Any help would be truly appreciated, as everytime it's taken into the computer shop its coming back with 'no problems' but clearly has

Ive searched other sites recommended around here, have installed as many drivers as i can think of, and now its driving me crazy. If I just knew where the problem area was..

Any help would be thouroughly appreciated as this is really irritating me now

Thanks again.

Go to your Event Viewer in Administrative Tools and look under System.
Match an error to a crash. Double-clicking on the error will bring up
information, including an error code. It's a good place to start.
Also, make sure that computer is free of all pests. You can use the
links below to download, install, and update some anti-spyware.

Ad-Aware 6.0 - for removing spyware

Spybot Search & Destroy - for removing spyware

CWShredder - gets rid of page hijackers

Google Toolbar - for blocking popups

Before running the Spybot and Ad-Aware, delete temporary internet files
and internet history.
