computer problem

My computer I believe is running in safe mode after
trying to delete a program which didn't seem liek it was
important but now everything on the screen is in big type
and my normal setup isn't working. How do I fix the
problem?

Try system restore, if that doesn't work, try start run sfc
/scannow (have your Windows CD handy)
