Computer name not connecting to Group name

I've run the network setup wizard off the CD until I'm
talking to myself. I am trying to set up two computers
in a wireless network. I have a wireless router with a
DSL modem connected to it. The connection to the first
computer is wire. The connection to the second is via a
USB wireless access point. My internet connection works
fine from both computers. I'm trying to set up file and
printer sharing.

I struggled with the computer connected via wire during
the network wizard but finally got it so I could explore
via Windows explorer and drilldown on My Network
Places\Entire network\Microsoft Windows
Network\Workgrouipname\computer name and see the shares.

But on the second computer when I drilldown and get to
the Workgroup name I get an error message "[workgroup] is
not accessible. You might not have permission to use
this network resource. Contact the admin to see if you
have permission, The network path was not found." I am
the admin and had this same problem on the first computer.

On the first computer I changed the network services to
disable network folder sharing and Microsoft Networks on
a dial-up connection that was part of it's network
connections. I left these on for the connection I wanted
my workgroup to use. I tried the same apporach on
machine two and no change, still get above error.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

I'm having a similar problem, although I'm using 2
computers on wires and a router.
.
I was just on a self help networking bulletin board. Is
was amazing how many people seem to be having the same
problem. Unfortunately none of them had answers
coonected to them.
