computer keeps shutting down

My computer keeps shutting down and windows error report
says that is a problem with a device driver. When I check
my device manager everything seems to be ok. I totaly
restored my system and it is worse now than
before...please help//

Yea, I get the same thing, are you using a 8X agp card

on a 2X-4X motherboard, and the error says nv4_disp is
the problem?
 
I'm Getting the same crap... disabled the shutdown so
instead ig et a blue screen that says BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER

MICROSOFT FIX THIS PLEASE!
