Computer Keeps Restarting

I turned on my computer and it would just turn off and make these muffled
beeping noises, so after i reseted bios using the cmos jumper my computer
runs all the way to the welcome screen and restarts and it continues to do
this until i shut the computer off. how can i fix this?
