computer is starting alone

my computer is startig without touching the power on button or any button. why?
after i shut him down after about half an hour it is starting.

Check the BIOS for "Wake On" settings...

Also check if you have any events in Task Scheduler that are configured to wake the system from sleep mode (if you are power down in hibernate mode).
