Computer Freezing!!!

My computer when turned on usually works for about 5mins but after that just freezes, i have scaned for any problems using norton 2002, and tried to fix it norton win doctor without success, the problem: c:\windows\system32\mapisrur.exe
cannot access the file; gapi32.dll
can anyone please help

Check the Event Log to see what kind of errors you may have first.

Boaz, thanx for the tip, bit how do i go about doin that an then wot to do after checking the event log??!
