computer freezes

sometimes when i'm working or on the internet my mouse
and keyboard will just stop responding. i have to
restart my whole computer. i've tried to restore to a
previous time and i have antivirus, but i can't get it to
stop.

If it still messes up,you may have a hardware problem,if
you don't know how to check hardware out-like video
card,sound card,Ram you may want to get it profesionaly
looked at.
