Computer freezes occasionaly?

My pc is a dell with xp. While on the net my pc freezes and locks up when i
click on an address. Doesnt do it all the time though. Anyone have an idea?

For one it has nothing to do with the Internet as that's all you use
your pc for so of course the problem will show up then.
