For the last 2 weeks we have had a problem starting the
computer. When starting up and the mouse appears in the
middle of the black screen the computer freezes up.
Sometimes it makes it to the blue screen that says
loading you settings and then it freezes up. We have to
turn off the computer several times before we can get it
to start. The problem only happens when the computer has
been off for more than say 10 minutes. We run several
different spyware programs to remove all spyware and
we've also run our anti virus software and we are still
having the problem. Can anyone help? We spent probably
over 12 hours on the phone with tech support and gotten
no where.
