The computer crashes
1-The screen is black
2-The computer on-off button has the stand-by mode light.

What is the problem.

The lack of given information.

From that description, the possibilities are truly endless. You need to do
some basic troubleshooting and give more details. System specs would be a
good start. Operating system and patch level. Your computer ability level.
What you do to properly maintain and backup said system. etc.
 
Look at the Event Viewer.
Open Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer>Application.

The computer isn't working I would say. Seriously you need to give a
