Computer control in 2k domain

I have a couple of servers that I want to give complete
administrative control over, but not all the servers in
the domain. I want a user to have control not only of
specific objects on the server but installation and
updates as well. Its a Win2K AD domain with multiple
servers.
 
I think the best is to give them local administrator right to threes servers

My advise here is to place this group of servers within a specify OU. Create
a GPO linked to that particular OU.

Use the Restricted Groups Setting within the policy to assign the particular
users who need administrator right to threes machines, add them to the local
administrators

Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Restricted Groups
