Computer Browser

I am having a problem with a Windows 2000 server that
part of an Active\Passive cluster. Recently the object
in My Network Places keeps disappearing. If we stop and
start the Computer Browser service the server will
reappear for some time and dissappear again. I have
verified that "net config server" shows that the server
is not hidden. No other server, including the peer node
in the cluster, is having this problem.

Is it possible that the service is corrupt? Has any one
else had any problems with the Computer Browser service?
 
Do you mean that some icons are missing in the Network Connections folder?
