Computer Browser Service Disabled

I would like to know if disabling the Computer Browser
service on all client PCs is a bad idea. On my Windows NT
domain controller I am getting Rdr errors stating that X
pc would like to be the master browser...or something.
Basically, does disabling the Computer Browser service
affect anything necessary for my PCs to run properly.

Thanks,

The Computer Browser service allows a computer to participate in master
browser elections. Disabling it on your clients will not affect browsing as
long as you leave the service running on your DCs.
