Hi,
I have a date/time field that shows me when a ticket arrived; 3/8/2005
11:29:10 AM, what I would like to do in a query is figure out the date/time
of when this ticket would miss an SLA. So, for example let's say that for
this ticket the SLA is 10 business days the date that would be returned
should be 3/22/2005 11:29:10 AM.
Is this possible to do in a query, if so how? Also, is there a lookup table
I can use that accounts for holidays so if 3/22/2005 fell on a holiday it
would default to the next business day?
