Compring Dates?

HELP!
I have a set of dates I want to compare and return the data in data 1 if all
match, or 2 and 3 are blank, but flag if they mismatch as in the first
column. Is this possible?????

Data 1 01/04/1981 07/10/2024 07/10/2024 01/10/1982
Data 2 02/04/1982 07/10/2024
Data 3 01/04/1981 07/10/2024 01/10/1982

Match? No - flag Yes - data 1 Yes - data 1 Yes - data 1

One idea ..
Assuming dates data as posted is within B1:E3
(dates are presumed real dates, which are just numbers)
In say, B5:
=IF(SUMPRODUCT(--(B1:B3<>""),1/COUNTIF(B1:B3,B1:B3&""))>1,"X","")
Copy B5 across to E5 to flag it as: X

Since you indicated that you want to return the data in row1 if its unflagged,
Adjust it in B5 to:
=IF(SUMPRODUCT(--(B1:B3<>""),1/COUNTIF(B1:B3,B1:B3&""))>1,"X",B1)
Copy across as before
