Yes. Open a Command Prompt [Start/All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt]
and type "convert /?" [less the quotes and be sure a space precedes the
slash] and click "OK" to see a brief tutorial on how to do it via the
Command Line.

You use the Convert command to change the directory structure from FAT32 to
NTFS. The files remain unchanged.
