I have an excel file that is 36 meg. Do you know how to compress th
file? When I zip the file it drops to 3meg so I know it can b
compressed.

I believe the file has become large due to the constant changes I nee
to make to the file.

Help Please

Zipping a file is the equivilant of compressing it. It squashes it to make it
smaller and easier to transport.
Just because a file can be zipped to a smaller size does not mean it can or
cannot have cleanup done to it to make it smaller in the original format.

If your file is 36mb you need to look at the structure and layout of the file
and determine if the 36mb is the true size or if your file is bloated. You have
been pointed towards tons of information to assist you in this determination and
subsequent clean up of the file.

Do you want someone to look at the file and determine if the file is bloated?
