Compressed Folders

Hi I have a query with regards to reinstalling windows
compressed folder option. I previously installed winace
in order to be able to view a .rar archieve succefully. I
have no removed the program after a month and I can no
longer create a compressed file from the File menu. Is
there a way to reinstall this without reinstalling
windows? If so could someone kindly point me in the right
direction?

Thanks for the reply doesn't seem to have helped with the
problem though. I am still unable to create new
compressed folders and there is no graphic option for
them despite that I can still read the zip files I
currently have. Any more light on this would be very much
appreciated
