Compose in Rich Text OR HTML OR Plain Txt

Hey,

Is it possible to select which format to compose in AT
THE TIME OF CHOOSING TO COMPOSE A NEW MESSAGE? It's
annoying having to change it manually in Tools->Options
every time.
