Completely uninstall outlook

My Outlook 2003 using exchange server just wont open - get Unable to open
the outlook window, the set of folder could not be opened.

I restored the outlook folder files under applications/microsoft/outlook
folder and no luck.

I unstalled and reinstalled outlook2003 on client and I get the same error.
It does not open the setup wizard like I expected where I specify mailbox
and all that stuff.

I went to a new client, installed Outlook2003, and straight away it gives me
the set up wizard where I can connect to my mailbox under exchange -
everythin in there fine.

So how do I get a fresh install on my desktop XP Pro Client ??

The instalaltion is not an issue; it's your configuration. Recreate the mail
profile in Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...

However, my 'inbox' is not showing anything when I click on the folder.

When I right click on 'inbox' and go to properties, it says there are 327
items in there, but the folder does not show them.

My other email folders ( sub folders of inbox ) show their emails fine.

When I have the 'inbox' highlighted, on the bottom right of Outlook 2003 it
says 'waiting to update folder' but nothing is happening.

Any ideas ??

PS - when I log on to outlook 2003 on another client, the inbox works fine.
