Completely Resetting the computer back to factory presets

Please someone tell me how to completely reset my computer. I have done this
before but I cant find out how to do it on the microsoft website. PLEASE
HELP!!!

The exact procedure will depend on the make of your computer.
Different computer manufacturers use different methods for doing this.
The information on how to do it for your computer should be in the
documentation that came with it. If not check the technical support
documents for your specific model on the computer manufacturer's web
site.
