Completely Disabling the XP look

Does anyone know how to completely disable the XP look,
even for the classic logon screen that shows when the
computer is turned on?

If you turn off the Welcome Screen for logon (so you force the user to use
the "classic" logon dialog box - also access by pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL twice
quickly from the Welcome Screen) and set the display to classic mode then
you have removed the XP look and feel.

Right click my computer>manage>services>theme service>set to disabled. Close and
reboot.
