Can anyone point me in the direction of a explanatory step by step guide to
the magic of an complete Outlook 2003 backup?
I know how to back up the PST-file(s), but what about rules and self-made
forms and formfields?
And Outlook Today, and more.......if it is.......

Thank you Guys and a merry Christmas to you all..
Just what I was looking for....

I am in the same boat, wanting to transfer rules and
favorites over to a new machine, both with Outlook 2002.

I've successfully transferred all my emails and folders
by moving over the .pst files, all that is left it the
rules.

According to the webspage provided in earlier responses,
rules wizard rules are in .rwz files but only for Outlook
2000 and earlier. What, then, do I copy over from the
Outlook folder on the old machine to the Outlook folder
on the new machine?

Thanks much for the help and happy holidays.

For 2002 and later, the rules are stored in your .pst file.
