Complete Headers?

My ISP spam reporting instruction is to fwd the spam to
their abuse dept for investigation and appropriate
action. When I followed the instruction I received a
message from them advising that they need "complete
headers" to be able to follow through with their
investigation. Being a computer novice I don't know what
they mean or how to get the information they want.
Someone please respond with instructions. Thanks

Select the spam email. Right click on it. Select options.
In the Internet Header box select all the content then
copy it. Paste in your email and send to your ISP.
