complete failure on reboot!!!

i have a fujitsu siemens scaleo p and it started to mess me about. it started
up and when it got to the windows service pack screen it would turn itself
off and keep doing it.
i decided to reboot the system with the restore disc. it runs the reboot and
i get the message comsetup.dll is not found. it carries on till i accept the
licence from microsoft and it runs through a bit more until i get
c:\windows\infimdmg1003 referred memory pmf is corrupt. it then carries on
till it toally freezes on the install!!!!!

does anyone know whats happened or is it beyond hope after 3 months out the
box?

Contact those you purchased the laptop from.

Since it's a new computer contact their tech support.
