Compatibily with Access 2000

Hi group,

I'm planning to change the current version of office on my company from
Office 2000 to Office 2003.
The main trouble is that our base program, is on Access, and i'm afraid it
can have some conversion troubles.

Is there any article or comments to this?

Access 2003 still uses the Access 2000 file format by default so the only
issues you should have would be dealing with the new security "features" in
A2K3.
