Compare worksheets

I have two worksheets which lists codes. The first worksheet is update
manually with new codes and the second sheet has a macro that copys th
codes in the first and pastes them to the second. Sheet 2 then import
data from another source and creates a pivot table using the codes.

Sometimes the raw data imported to sheet 2 has codes that are not i
sheet 1 and need to be input manually.

Im trying to find a way to compare sheet 2 against sheet 1 and list th
codes in sheet 2 that are not in sheet 1.

For example - If the raw data in sheet 2 shows code DGX which is no
listed in sheet 1, i need it to pop us in a MSGBOX o
list/flag/highlight it in some way

Does anyone know of a way to do this?
