Compare sheets function in Excel?

Is there any way to compare 2 entire Excel sheets the same
way you can compare 2 Word documents (Tools-Track Changes-
Compare documents)? I am currently using Excel 97, but
soon will be upgrading to Office XP.

You might consider trying an Excel addin called Power Utility Pak (PUP) 2000
(for Excel 97) or PUP v5 - look at the following:

There's a free trial - and it has the functionality allowing you to compare
worksheets... A very useful set of functions for any Excel user.
