Compacting??

Whenver I close out of Outlook, it goes to another screen and shows it is
compacting all data. The only problem is that it gets to a certain point
and goes not go in further, so i have alt, ctrl, delete to get it to go
away. If I do that, then my email is no longer password protected.

Outlook or Outlook Express? There's a difference, you know.
 
My sister says she's having the same problem. It's Outlook Express, is
there a solution?
