Compacting Databases

I'm trying to compact my database and I'm getting this error message:

Record(s) can't be read; no read permission on 'H:seattl~1\Asgtrak97.MDB'

What is this and how do I fix it so I can compact?

Hi,
this is sometimes a sign of corruption. Did you try to import all objects
into a new blank db and then try to compact that one.
