Hi,

I have a requirement to deal with Comp3 / Packed Decimal files from
and to Mainframe. Is there a commercial component or open source
solution that can help me with the conversion?

You should be able to write one (or have a programmer knock one up for you)
very easily.

Microsoft have an example in VB, you'd just have to port that to .NET.
Well, I guess you could just use VB6 but, you know, using VB6 is a bit
vintage!
