In the header/footer of the document, insert the following field
construction

{ IF { PAGE } > 2 { PAGE } }

You must use Ctrl+F9 to insert each pair of field delimiters { }

You can also do it by inserting a section break after page 2, suppressing
pagination in section 1, turning off Link to Previous in Section 2, and then
telling Word to begin with "3" in section 2.

More precise instructions would be possible if we knew which version of Word
you were using.
