You probably have a master account and an alias account for it, which
means that whoever downloads first after it reaches the server will get it.
To get it delivered to both users, click on Tools, then Accounts, then
your email account, then Properties, then Advanced. If there is no
check mark in the box before Leave a copy of messages on server,
click on this box, then Apply. Also select one of the options for
eventually deleting the messages from the server, then click Apply.
Click on OK, then Close. Do this for the other user as well.
