Common Dialog

I have an Access Application that needed Microsoft Common
Dialog installed (to use an explorer window to locate and
open a file) on previous versions of Windows. On an XP
machine I cannot find Common Dialog but the browse box in
Access still seems to work. Is it not required on XP?

Common Dialog is very present in XP.
