Common Client Core 2.0.2

I have been unsuccessful in downloading Norton's Live
Updates with either Norton's Internet Security Or
Norton's Systemworks. I cannot download Common Coient cc
Proxy 2.0.2 or Common Client Core 2.0.2. Does that mean
I have a corrupted file? Is there anyway I can fix? Can
I fix it by uninstalling and then reinstalling WINDOWS
XP? If I unistall WINDOWS XP will I lose everything onmy
computer? Hope you can help me. Thanx

You should look for the answer on Symantec's website. Look in their
Knowledge Base for this particular product. This is not an XP issue and
uninstalling/reinstalling Windows is not the answer.
