Commandline "Touch" utility

Hi,

Does anyone know of a _COMMANDLINE_ Touch utility that can modify all
three dates & times of both files and directories. There seem to be
plenty of tools to do it using the Explorer, but for mass-updates they
are simply unsuitable.

I personally don't know of one, but I would be happy to write one to your
specifications in .NET Framework 1.1 or 2.0 for a $fee$

I googled for this string

"touch.exe" download

and got about 500 hits. Some of them appear to be exactly
what you want.
