Command to run app like in a "hidden" mode :-/

Hi guys
I have Kazaa installed here and when I want to run it, I've got to go to start and click on its icon...it's boring. I could use its own option to start automatically, but that would reflect on all users...... so I had an idea :D : create a registry key. Ok, but when it starts, its window is shown, I'd like to know a command to after it's address in the registry, to start it only in the systray. like the /background that MSN Messenger uses to do the same thing...
