Command output in localized versions

Hi,
When console commands such as netstat, netsh, route, net start, etc
are issued in a localized version of Windows, is the output also
localized, or is it always in English?
For example, does netstat display "Active Connections" in, say, German
or Japanese? Does "route print" display localized counterpart of
"Default Gateway"? etc
thanks

I live in Canada, where we use both English and French versions of XP. The
commands are all the same (ie: route print) but the results of the commands
are in the same localised language.

French:

route print ---> Passerelle par default (Default gateway)
