Command-line script which will back up the system state data to a central server

I'm now looking for a good command-line script which will back up the system
state data to a central server. Since system state data covers \System32
files and \Repair folder files.

It really only takes on line (unless you wish to stop services
or do other processing). You can get the switches for
NTBACKUP here:
file://%SYSTEMSTATE%\Help\NTBACKUP.chm::/ntbackup_command_line_parameters.htm
