Please, what is the correct way to uninstall the Command
Console?

Do you mean recovery Console?

Yes! That's it. It's listed on the hard drive (folder)as
cmdcons.

You can jsut delete the cmdcons from the root of the C:\ drive. and then you
just need to edit your boot.ini to not include opitions to boot in it.
