command button

I have a command button in a subform that goes to the next record that has
been specified in the search box (type in a particular customer name and hit
next and it pull up all records for that customer consecutively). I am
trying to put in a button to go to the previous record (sometimes I pass the
record I want and need to go back) but it will NOT work properly. Any ideas?
 
Hello,

Just use the button wizard. You should be able to go through the wizard and
select the options to have a button that goes back to the previous record.

I set the button up through the wizard, but once complete, it just says "you
can't go to the specified record" when you try to use it.
